  Duties: Addressing the parts needs of a busy service department, Assisting retail customers at parts counter and via phoneOperation of parts counter; ordering, processing, estimating, answering external and internal parts department inquiries                            
  
  Skills:  Professional phone manner, Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite), Customer service administration
  
  Must demonstrate professional appearance and a positive helpful attitude
  
  Experience: 1 year experience in automotive service/parts related field is a plus, not required.
